Petaluma Churches

Love is spoken here. So says the sign above the entrance to our auditorium. This doesn’t mean we believe that our love for God, our families, our church, or our fellow-man is perfected yet. None of us loves like God does. But it does speak to our conviction that, “God is love” and our growing awareness of all that God’s love has made possible. We want to be the kind of church God wants us to be and that the world needs us to be. A church that faithfully reflects the One who loved us and gave himself for us and that strives to live in the world as he lived. Lovingly. Redemptively. Helpfully. If the Bride would follow in the footsteps of the Groom, then God did not send the church into the world to condemn the world either, but that the world through us, might be saved. John 3:16-17
